make the agenda widgets scrollable
Agenda widgets in all sizes are now scrollable. Under Android 2.x you have to use special home screen managers that support scrollable widgets. Under Android 3.1 and later the scrollable agenda widgets are also resizable (the size can only be increased, so just choose a small widget and enlarge it).
You can find more information about the scrollable widgets here:

And here you can find information about the resizable widgets:

I'm aware that scrollable widgets are only available with special launchers but a lot of users are using them because they are better then most phone vendor launchers and it's not rated rank5. I'd really love to see scrolling widgets soon. selectable entries are a benefit of course but I think scrolling is more important but requires the widget to not show an image of course.

@Mr. Freeze: Yes, that's possible. The current agenda widget is just a single image so CalenGoo does only know that the image has been tapped but not which event. When I add a 4x4 agenda widget soon, it won't be an image and the single entries will then be selectable.

Sorry - didn't expand your full comments. Thanks for looking into both items.

@calengoo
That's sad.{"i'll take that kernel patch from you now :)"}
Any hope that your current widgets can be modified so that when an individual events are selected - its would brings up the actual event for view/edit? -
@Mr. Freeze: Sorry, my comment was not complete, you are right. There are also widgets of the phone's vendor that have scrolling abilities because the vendor modified Android OS to support scrolling for their own widgets. However as far as I know this works only for the vendor's widgets (e.g. HTC) but not for other widgets on the same device.
However with the scrollable widget and another home screen manager, it will probably be possible to select single entries from the list and open that event in CalenGoo. And I will also examine if CalenGoo can simply react on the "open event" command of the HTC widget.

@calengoo
It seems that there is at least (1) scrollable agenda widget - without having to install products like ADW. The default "Calendar" agenda widget from HTC - the one that came with my EVO. This HTC widget is very similar to the "Agenda" view that you get after bringing up the main Calengoo application. The HTC widget allows you to scroll through upcoming events (up to 2 months forward) - and best yet - when you tap the individual event it - it actually brings up that specific event for view/edit - unlike my experience with the Calengoo widgets - which seem to only launch the Calengoo application when tapped. I gladly dedicate a whole home screen for this Agenda Widget - and I would just use the HTC widget instead - however - when selecting the event - it brings up the Android Calendar Interface/and a "less" featured subset of edit functions. If only I could get it launch the Calengoo event view/edit instead? This is why I guess I/we need to continue to press for a full screen scrolling agenda widget - An exact clone of your current Calengoo Agenda view - but in Widget form. Hoping you can get some insight by looking at how HTC may have accomplished this without ADW and the like. Just love your product - and I eagerly await future versions. Regards, Doug -

But ... PLEASE ... keep the current size (3x2 for my Droid) as one of the options...

Maybe you can make it size 4x2, so it can fit the homescreen together with another widget.

Scrollable widgets require special home screen apps like Launcher Pro or ADW Launcher, they don't work with the standard home screen. Please keep that in mind if you vote for this idea.
