allow to specify a time zone when entering new events
If you turn “Settings > Display and Use > Edit view > Show time zone of event” on you can select a time zone for the start and end time of the event in the edit screen.

I would like to be able to specify start and end time to be for different time zones, for example when I want to specify flight departure and arrival times in different time zones.

Critical for business travellers. Please consider adding this. This is the biggest limitation of your calendar.

Time zones are already implemented in Google Calendar as well as in the Android native calendar - it is very annoying to add events in different application. It would be also great to be able to see in calendar that some events are in different time zones. May be to bold it?

I routinely travel across multiple time zones - Europe, Asia, Australia and New Zealand - and continually schedule flights, appointments and conference calls from any time zone for any time zone. I generally need to see the scheduled times of appointments in the applicable local time; and only very occasionally in the current time.
The most frequent requirement is to schedule for "local time" - eg flight departures and landings are always given in the local time of the time zone in which they occur. Similarly, when meetings are scheduled for a particular location, all participants agree on the scheduled time at that location, regardless of the time zone that they might be in when making the appointment. Once such a "local time" appointment has been made, it is necessary for the displayed time to remain fixed when time zones are changed. For example, I could schedule a dentist appointment for 3 pm "local time" in Auckland (GMT +12 hrs), from Shanghai (GMT +8 hrs) where the appointment time would be 11 am in the current time zone (but this is of no interest to me), and later advise my partner of this appointment from Sydney (GMT +10 hrs) where the appointment time would otherwise be displayed as 1 pm in the current time zone (again, this is of no interest to me or my partner).
For conference calls, however, participants might be in different time zones at the time of the call. Appointment scheduling, in this instance, needs to be displayed in "current time" and should include the option of additionally displaying the time in a time zone of choice, so that the user can see what the time of the appointment will be in a different location. For example, I can be in Shanghai (GMT +8 hrs) and receive a business appointment request that will occur at 3 pm in Auckland (GMT + 12 hrs) and choose to enter it as a conference call appointment that I will make from Sydney (GMT +10 hrs), where the current time will be 1 pm when I have to make the call.
To address the above two cases, I suggest offering a choice of two options when scheduling an appointment:
1) DEFAULT - Local Time: The time entered (eg 3 pm local time) remains fixed regardless of time zone changes (like an old fashioned paper diary) so that one can see when the appointment will occur in the local time that applies to that appointment. This is good for flights, dentist appointments, etc. and allows one to advise others of the relevant appointment times regardless of which time zone you are in at the time.
2) Current Time (with option to Select Time Zone): The appointment is displayed in the current time zone, but may optionally also show the appointment time in a time zone of choice. For example, the 3 pm business appointment in Auckland (GMT = 12 hrs) will be accepted by me in Shanghai (GMT + 8 hrs) as 11 am current time, and I will additionally select it to show the appointment time in EST (Eastern Standard Time), ie 1 pm, which is what the time will be in Sydney when the appointment occurs (and where I plan to make the conference call from). When I fly to Sydney, the current time of the appointment will automatically update to be the same as the displayed EST of 1 pm; but if I miss my flight to Sydney and stay in Shanghi, then I will still receive the conference call notification in the correct real time - ie at 11 am Shanghai time.
It should, additionally, be possible to change appointments from "local time" display to "current time". This simply requires the time zone of the "local time" to be specified when switching.
In my experience, calendars in Android phones are largely not used by people who travel - including the significant target market of most business travellers - simply because calendar appointments are not handled correctly. If the Android world truly wishes to capture business travellers into its market, then it needs to address this issue urgently.

For people who travel and/or schedule appointments in other time zones, it is fundamental that the events are created taking in account the location's time zone. If this is not done, once the user moves to a location in another time zone and the calendar's time is updated, the event's times will shift and become incorrect.
With the possibility to select the time zone/location of the event, the calendar will show the correct time of the event, at the user's local time.
