make the sub-tasks collapsible
So that sub-tasks of higher tasks can be collapsed and expanded.
This has been implemented a while ago. Just long press a task in the task view and select “Collapse” from the menu that appears.

BTW: CalenGoo supports the pinch gesture in the tasks view to expand/collapse all task lists (but only the whole lists, not the subtasks).

Incorporating the task collapsing/expanding shall be implemented with high priority.
I like CallenGoo but I am forced to use a competite tasks manager software, because they provide more features for task handling.
I would recommend:
- adding +/- sign at task under the task list to enable colapsing/expanding the tasks
- some gestures might perform exapand and collapse all tasks
I would like to use calengoo as all in one software so I would strongly recommend to add more supports for tasks features. -

Great app, and I know I can use Lists as Parent Tasks to collapse tasks/subtask under the List, but its a pain. Please make Sub Tasks collapsible, or even better have the option to just show the top subtask (Next Thing To Do)

This would be such a great feature! I love using calengoo, but my organizational workflow is hampered by having different apps control my task lists. It seems like a simple feature, but having this type of outlining functionality is a definite plus when breaking down hard to finish tasks into doable chunks! You would allow for the user to breakthings down into projects or contexts.
I think a really cool idea would be to link a single task to more than one of these lists. That may be too sc-fi though.

a) Good idea! Collapsable subtasks are a must for a task organiser/viewer
b) What you think about a contexmenu for tasks in day-, week-, month- and listview with the following functions?
- check off
- open/edit
- open the list view with focus on this task and expanded subtasks
- open a user defined 3rd party task manager
There are lots of nice task managers, no need to make one more ...
All I need in my calendar app is the possibility to see and check off my tasks and subtasks and to open a nice taskmanager with full functionality (e.g. CheckItOff); neither I expect my task manager to provide full calendar functionality. -
