i.e. display tasks from different lists with different colors
27 votesThis has been added with version 1.0.80. There you can choose “Manage lists” from the menu of the tasks view and tap on the small circle in each line to change the color of that list.

add a function to sort the local calendars
I'm very happy that I can avoid using Google calendar with CalenGoo but still have multiple local calendars (I have a lot of them).
Actually these calendars are always sortet in the order of their creation, which - by now - isn't very logic for me.
Could you please add a possibility to rearrange them individually - or at least in alphabetic order.
24 votesI am sorry that I didn’t mark this idea as completed earlier! It is possible to sort calendars by tapping the sort button in the lower left corner of the “Settings > Visibility/Download” screen.

Schnittstelle für die APP 'Tasker' implementieren / Add an interface for 'Tasker'
Bitte eine Schnittstelle schaffen um mit der APP 'Tasker' das Handy durch Termine im Kalender steuern zu können. Denkbare Variablen wären z.B. Termin aktiv?; welcher Kalender?; Bezeichnung des Termins; Termin von; Termin bis;
Please add an Interface for Tasker in order to use the CalenGoo appointments to control the mobile phone. Thinkable variables are for example appointment active?; calendar of appointment?; appointment name?; appointment start?; appointment end?
Thanks
23 votesThis has been added with version 1.0.105, which has been released a few days ago.

improve the date and time picker
Currently CalenGoo uses Android's default date and time picker. Perhaps a numberpad or a small month view would be more efficient.
20 votesA few minutes ago a new version has been released that adds a small month view as date picker. It seems to be quite useful. By tapping the month’s name in this new date picker you can open the old date picker which may be useful if you would like to jump to another year.
I will see what kind of time picker I can provide in the future. The HTC date wheels are no standard widgets, so I cannot use them and I have to look for something else.

Add an option to specify for each calendar a number of pop-up reminders that are automatically applied to all (new and existing) events in that calendar.
20 votesWith version 1.0.70, which was released a few minutes ago, you can now add reminders to a calendar by tapping the blue button under “Settings”, “Visibility/Download”.
For birthdays you can find a short description under “Configuring reminders for birthdays” here:

make the landscape day view vertically scrollable
So that it initially displays the selected time range but can be scrolled up or down.
20 votesThe landscape day view is now vertically scrollable in version 0.8.11 which has been released a few minutes ago. It displays the configured range on the screen and from there you can scroll up and down.

display attached documents in events
i.e. when using Google Apps accounts it is possible to attach Google Docs documents to events. Add a function to display these attachments.
18 votesThe current version 1.0.159 can now display these Google Calendar attachments (because Google has provided the necessary interfaces now). You can find further information here:
http://android.calengoo.com/pagedoc/pageedit/styled/pageattachments.html

make calendar colors configurable in CalenGoo
Currently the calendar colors are retrieved from the Android calendar, Exchange calendar or Google calendar. Add an option to override this color setting.
17 votesIn the new version 1.0.5 that has been released a few minutes ago, you can tap the calendar’s name under “Settings”, “Visibility/Download” to change its color. The color will only be changed inside CalenGoo, it won’t be changed in Google Calendar or the Android calendar. The changed color will be used in all calendar views in CalenGoo.

add an option to link icons to calendars/categories
e.g. when an icon is predefined to a specific calendar - it will be displayed for each event of this calendar and I don't have to select it each time. And, when I change (or delete) the icon link later, all these calendar events will get the changed (or no) icon instead - just like it actually works with the calendar colors.
17 votesThis has been implemented with version 1.0.83 which was released yesterday. Just tap on the blue button under “Settings”, “Visibility/Download” to assign an icon to a calendar.
-
add local calendars
i.e. calendars that are available only inside CalenGoo and are not synced with the Android calendar or Google Calendar
16 votesI got no bug reports about this function, so I will close this idea now. You can find documentation about it here: http://android.calengoo.com/pagedoc/pageinstallation/pagecalendars/pagecalendars.html#local

let remove the "individual color" of an event after selected once.
I have activated "Proprietary Colors" and sometimes assign an individual color to certain events in order to make them more noticeable.
After that it's only possible to CHANGE the individual color - but not to REMOVE the label "Individual color" and instead reset it to "No individual color", so that the event inherits its color from the calendar color.
Could you please add the option to reselect "No individual color".
15 votesWith version 1.0.70, which was released yesterday, it is now possible to remove the individual color by tapping the small “x” button to the right of the selected color in the edit view.

Create an option in Calengoo's settings that let's you single-tap a day to bring it up.
Single tapping on an event or day would make it easier for people who make a lot of entries.
15 votesAn option “Settings”, “Display and Use”, “Day View”, “Single tap instead of double tap to open/edit” has been added in the update that was released a few minutes ago. When this option is turned on, you can open and create events with a single tap instead of a double tap. However opening days from the week or month view with a single tap is not possible because this is used to select a day (not implemented for the week view yet but at least for the month view).

Allow multi-day day view (i.e. week grid) to be viewed in portrait
Could you make it possible to view time-grid for the portrait week view? Seems to be possible in the dimensions, judging by other calendar apps.
14 votesThis has been implemented with version 1.0.33, just enable “Settings”, “Display and Use”, “Week view”, “Display as day columns”. However the display of all-day events is not optimal yet and will be improved soon.

Toggle displayed calendars
Provide a way to quickly show/hide calendars in any view. For example Business Calendar Beta lets you configure favorites and then displays a button bar along the bottom to toggle them on/off.
13 votesYou can now toggle which calendars should be displayed: Just turn “Settings”, “Display and Use”, “General”, “Show calendar selection bar” on. Then you will get a bar at the bottom of the screen with a button for each calendar. By tapping these buttons you can turned the calendars on or off. And by long pressing a calendar you can hide all calendars except that one.

e.g. to repeat the alarm every minute
