Google Docs Google Calendar integration
Google has a Lab called Google Docs that we use to attach documents to our events that require documentation. Our technicians then can retrieve whatever documents they need from anywhere at anytime they have a PC and an internet connection simply by accessing them from within the event on the calendar. Currently, when using an Android device, we have to reference the calendar event to get the document info and then use Google Docs Mobile to search for the document outside of the calendar. Our priority is to discover a calender app that can utilize both the Google Calendar and…
7 votesThe current version 1.0.159 can now display these Google Calendar attachments (because Google has provided the necessary interfaces now). You can find further information here:

fix the add last contact.
To add the contact in description is good but it erases the info in the title screen. please fix.
7 votesThe last contact will now (with version 1.0.88, which has been released about an hour ago) only be appended to the title (name of the contact if available) and description (phone number) instead of replacing it.

Allow tasks to be sorted by category in agenda view
It would be helpful if tasks could be sorted by category when shown in agenda view. It would help me be more productive if the tasks were grouped together by category for easy viewing (i.e., all "errands" grouped together, and then all "phone calls" etc.)
Thank you!
7 votesIf “Settings”, “Tasks”, “Sort alphabetically in calendar views” is turned OFF, then they are sorted by their category, otherwise they are sorted alphabetically. If it doesn’t work or if you have any problems, please contact me under android@calengoo.com .

Option to have the month/week/agenda and all commands on bottom(easy access with your thumbs)
with smart phones getting bigger it's easier to navigate when the commands are on the bottom ( this way you don't have to reach to the top of you pda/phone to hit save/cancel it's close to your thumbs when you are done typing)
6 votesIn version 0.8.8 there is an option to move the day/month/week/agenda tabs to the bottom and another to move the Cancel/Save buttons to the bottom.

Add a button to navigate to the location of an event that you have open
When you open an event (either manually or through a reminder popping up) you can tap the location to open it up in a map - but I want to be able to tap the location to open up directions from my current location to the event.
6 votesWhen you tap a location in the detail view of version 1.0.35, you can now choose between “Map” and “Navigation” (if Google Navigation or a similar app is installed).

Start landscape view with 'today'
Make the landscape day view (optionally) start on 'today' instead of being fixed at the start of the week. This is the view I use the most in the Google Calendar web app, as it gives an overview of what is happening today and for the next few days. As it currently exists, if I open this view on a Saturday, say, then most of the display shows days that have already passed, and are therefore of no interest for planning my time. You might want to consider offering the same option for the week view as well.
6 votesThis has been implemented now for version 1.0.28. You can enable it under “Settings”, “Display and Use”, “Landscape day view (week)”, “From current day”. Version 1.0.28 has been released a few minutes ago.

Better Notifications & Alerts
I would prefer that notifications reminded you every X mins about an event until its dismissed or snoozed. The Insist functionality is too annoying, and the normal functionality isnt enough for me. The "Calendar Snooze" has implemented this functionality perfectly.
6 votesThis has been implemented a long time ago with “Settings”, “Reminders”, “Repeat interval” so I will close this idea now.

Add an option to hide/show specific calendars in widgets.
For those of us that have more than one calendar but only one that we consistently need
6 votesThis has been implemented with version 1.0.56. You can now specify under “Settings”, “Widgets”, “widget type”, “Choose calendars” which calendars should be displayed.

Synchronize individual colors with Google Calendar
Since the original Web Interface of Google Calendar intself is able to set an individual color for an event/appointment, I'd like to see CalenGoo to synchronize from that.
The propitary colors who are already inserted within CalenGoo are already nice, but I and many others I think prefer inserting an Appointment via Googles Webinterface since it comes way more efficient to insert lots of data with an actuall notebook instead of an small QWETY keyboard.
6 votesThis has been implemented a while ago, you just have to sync via OAuth2, please see here for details: http://android.calengoo.com/pagedoc/pageinstallation/pageeventcolors/pageeventcolors.html

categories for appointments and tasks
in most calendars it's possible to add appointments and tasks to a category, that can be choosed in the edit view or in the menu. it will be great to set a color for a category.
6 votesI am not sure if I understand you correctly, but I think that’s already implemented. Categories are called “Calendars” in Google Calendar. Just create one calendar for each of your categories and save your appointments into it. You can select the calendar/category in the edit view. Please see here: http://android.calengoo.com/pagedoc/pageinstallation/pagecalendars/pagecalendars.html
And for tasks you can do the same with task lists. Please see here: http://android.calengoo.com/pagedoc/pageinstallation/pagetasks/pagetasks.html
And you can set a color for each calendar/category and task list.
Please tell me ( android@calengoo.com ) if you have any problems or questions.

auto sync the direct Google accounts at regular intervals.
The built-in calendars are automatically synced by Android, but the additional, directly synced calendars need to be synced by CalenGoo. This is currently done using the "Sync" function in the menu. Add some options to specify how often CalenGoo should sync automatically in the background.
5 votesIn version 0.8.8 you can specify a time range (e.g. 8am to 10pm) and an interval (e.g. “every 60 minutes”, minimum is 5 minutes) for the automatic sync. Additionally it is possible to let the sync automatically be started when a Wi-Fi connection was established.

Text wrapping in the agenda widget has been added a while ago so I will mark this idea as completed now. You can find it under “Settings”, “Widgets”, “Agenda widget”, “Wrap title over multiple lines if necessary”. However it is only available for the scrollable widgets. But in the future the widgets will be unified and then it will also be available for the other agenda widgets.

I would like reminders for tasks or integration of the app: Astrid tasks.
This would-be great.

Create a 4x1 android agenda widget
A 4x1 widget would be great if it displayed the next 3 events in your agenda.
5 votesYou can now either use the “Day” widget in “the next three events” mode or the “Agenda 4×1” widget.

Add birthday reminder
Google Calender hasn't a function to remind me of the birthdays of my contacs. If I want this, i have to add the dates manually. Maybe it is possible that calengoo remind me of birthday automaticily? Thanks!
5 votesThat’s possible now: Just tap “Settings”, “Visibility/Download” and then tap the blue button behind the birthday calendar’s name. There you can set a reminder for all events in a calendar, i.e. in this case for all your birthdays.
