Immediate sync TO Google Calendar when adding/changing (edit) an event in Calengoo
If I add/edit an event, I would like it to immediately sync to my Google Calendar. This should add VERY little additional traffic and could replace the "next" sync.
This would be useful because if other people (or even other devices I own) share my calendar, I might need them to know about this ASAP. Especially if they take place shortly.
Ok, I am glad that it works now! :)

The last update seems to have resolved this. Thanks for the great work!

The upload is performed independent of these settings. Changes are uploaded immediately after you saved them. If the changes cannot be uploaded, they are uploaded the next time you sync. So it seems as if an error occurred during the immediate upload sync. And when you performed a full sync later, no error occurred. Can you please check if your events are displayed with a transparent background as explained here:

Did you click "Refresh" on the Google Calendar website after adding new events with CalenGoo?

When I go to Settings, Accounts, I see my gmail account. Under Sync Options, Auto Sync is checked. Sync on Wi-Fi connect is checked (I have been doing my testing while connected to my Wi-Fi). Auto Sync start time is 06:00. Auto Sync end time is 22:00 (testing is between the start and end times). Auto Sync interval is 30 minutes.
Does that help? Thanks!

Are you syncing via Android OS or directly with Google Calendar, i.e. did you add an account under "Settings", "Accounts" in CalenGoo?

It doesn't appear to do so. I have created a new event and rescheduled an existing event and waited well over 5 minutes (10+?) and the events did not sync. However, when forced to do so manually, CalenGoo did sync within about 30 seconds.

It should already work this way. The event should first be displayed with a transparent background in the day view, indicating that it hasn't been uploaded yet. After a few seconds it should change to a solid background, indicating that it has been uploaded now. You may have to click "Refresh" in Google Calendar to see the changes.
