This would be nice as it could simplify performing this task AND would tie in very well with the request for a "navigate button" option request (see link below).

I'm running a DroidX and using the Swype keyboard and have this problem. A single tap puts the cursor in the field (any of the text fields in CalenGoo, for that matter) and another is required for the keyboard to come up. I also wonder if it has something to do with third party keyboards (i.e. non-Android, such as Swype)?

I've bought and love CalenGoo, but I think having a trial version would make people much more comfortable with the idea of paying for the product, especially since Google has the brain-dead 15 minute refund period.

    >$5 is a relatively high price on the Android Market. Yes, there are apps that cost more, and I think CalenGoo is worth it, but people are hesitant to spend $5+ on an app that they think they may not like.

Frankly, there is no way you can experience all the functionality of CalenGoo in <24 hours. 3-7 days is probably more likely. Complicated apps like this one really need a longer trial period.

    Thanks for the great product!

Thanks for the info! I wish I had known that then... :) If I have that/a similar problem in the future, I'll remember to try this. Frankly, I think you can close this one if you want, unless someone else is having this/similar problems. Then again, no one else has commented on it.

Thanks again so much for your help.

I cleared all the data in CalenGoo from Settings, Applications, Manage Applications, selected CalenGoo and cleared the data. Of course, when I did that, I had to re-enter all of my CalenGoo settings while the calendar data flawlessly synced back to my phone from my Google Calendar.

In the app, it would be nice to have a "clear calendar/resync (selected?) accounts" option so this could be done without having to lose all my CalenGoo settings. Just a thought...

Thanks for all of your help!

    Best regards,

    Scott

Sorry about the delay. Been busy... :)

I'm using a Droid X running Android 2.2.1. It is rooted.

After the lasted update, things appear to be working better. At the least, the updates appear to be syncing almost immediately, so that is better. I'll check some more with the integration with Calengoo.

However, since the last update, all of my appointments in the widget and the regular Calengoo calendar are duplicated.

When I went into Settings, Visibility/Download, I only have one "Enable Account" row/checkbox. Below that I have my gmail account calendar, a "US Holidays" calendar, and an old Blackberry calendar I cannot figure out how to get rid of listed. The options on each of those are:

    1. Download, Google visibility
    2. Download, visible
    3. Download, invisible
    4. No download, invisible
    5. No download, visible

I guess I don't think I understand exactly what I need to do...?

    Thanks again for your help!

One other issue relating to this is the updating of reminder and rescheduling of events from within Calendar Snooze. I know that Calendar Snooze (CS) makes immediate changes to the Android Calendar (I can see them in the Android Calendar app), but those changes are not passed on to Calengoo for at least some period of time (15+ minutes?). I have Calengoo on a 30 minute sync schedule.

I have no doubt that I may be doing something wrong. However, I am hesitant to replace Calendar Snooze because of the customization abilities it provides with "snoozing" reminders and changing the reminders that go beyond the cost of the app itself.

    Thanks for your quick feedback!

I've tried this and have not had it sync within at least 5 minutes. However, it would readily sync when told to do so manually.

I'd like this also. I use Launcher Pro and it supports up to a nx5 array. However, Launcher Pro (ADW also?) also supports resizing the widgets, so maybe fully supporting that would accomplish the same thing?
