    Relatively to the desktop version, you could start by allowing us to do a simple backup without involving Google which has other logics, and then to be able to transfer back the last backup from desktop to smartphone.
    We would have the certainty of save all the data and then retrieve them.
    Something similar to what makes Documents To Go.

    After all this time I do not know if Dominique ever said his intentions.
    Probably he does not want to do it because it is too complicated to manage.
    It 'a pity because the desktop version would complete an application really nice and would give us greater security of data retention.

    I'd like a desktop version of CalenGoo because I think my calendar contains data private and personal and so I prefer to keep them only on my desktop, while the cloud and google can be used for shared data.

    I agree but also a version for Android, because it is still safer and easier to edit, synchronize and store events, from oldest to recent ones.
    Could be used own icons and other customizations.
    Synchronization with Google may still remain, as an alternative.
    It would be wonderful.

  2. allow an "accordion day view" to eliminate all the blank spaces, like on Palm's calendar
